Does anyone have these? You know the types with the plates? I have seen some around $350 that go up to quite higher weights. I think they are by Bowflex.
Right now, I'm looking at some at Target, by Reebok I believe. They adjust up to 25 lbs. per weight, and they are $70/piece.
I'd be curious to know how easy they are to adjust. Do they feel "quality"?
Thanks!

I would love the Bowflex set!! Tony Horton uses them in P90X Plus and Chalene Johnson is using them in the new ChaLean Extreme! But they are pricey!!
I would try them out in a sporting goods store if you can and see how easy they are to adjust, and how sturdy they are! HTH!
