Proper balance between cardio/strength?

I'm 5'2" weigh 168 pounds, 21 years old. Yeah...a bit chubby. My lowest weight was 135, healthy athletic weight when I was a full time hockey/rugby player was 145.
This is my work schedule:
45 minute body workout (either core, legs, or upper body with free weights or just body moves)
45 minute cardio (usually 25 minute run, walk fast the rest)
30 minutes body (core, legs, or uppper body...whatever i DIDNT do before the cardio).
I'm working out 5-6 times a week.
My weight has already plateaued.
Do I up my cardio and drop my strength training? or continue with what i'm doing and my plateau will work itself out?
I'm wondering if its better to shed the fat before I'm so into strength training, or is it good to do both as hard as I am.....thanks!~!
