Today has been day 6 of logging on to MFP and it has been a surprise that I have gone past 3 days of exercise and eating better. I joined MFP over a year ago and was about 15 pounds lighter than I am today and thought I had weight problems then. Here I am trying it out again and have seen that the more friends you have for support the better. So if anyone would like to add me whether you’re new or have been on MFP for a long time, I would love it! Please feel free to add me. Here is a lil info on me:

I have been on here for a while too but it wasnt until I started adding people that I actually got motivated to stick to it. Seeing everyones progress and seeing them before and after pics def gave me a motivational boost that I was needing. Monday starts week 4 and 7lbs gone aldready0

I know, my friend had introduced me to it and I signed up no problem but then didn't get too far, about a days worth lol. This time I'm planning on sticking with it. It's been helping these past 6 weeks Good job on the 7lbs I can't wait til I can say that too!!0 -
