No Sugar Pancakes that taste good - no artificial sweeteners

No Sugar Pancakes that taste good. I ate these with peanut butter in between them like a sandwich (no syrup).

2 cups King Arthur Flour, unbleached white whole wheat
1 tablespoon Xylo Sweet, natural xylitol sweetener
1 tablespoon Stevia in the Raw
4 teaspoons Baking Powder
2 eggs
2 cups Unsweetened Almond Milk
1/4 cup Light Olive Oil
1 scoop Jay Robb's Whey Protien, vanilla flavor

Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix the wet ingredients in another bowl. Mix together the wet and dry ingredients just until combined.

Cook on a greased griddle. Serves 8.
