New to regular exercise, familiar with calorie counting

Hey everyone,
I've been using this site over the past week or so and I must say I LOVE IT!
It's so informative and really helps me to see exactly how much work I need to do.

I am running my 1st 5k in September so I am exercising regularly (running 3 times per week and one other cardio) and also trying to eat healthily.
I am not overweight (according to my BMi, I am in the normal bracket but towards the end of the scale!), but I would like to lose about 2 stone (sounds a lot, but I am tall).
I would like to do this in a healthy way.

Anyways, that's all I can think to write guys. I hope I haven't bored the pants off you!
