Hi Folks, new member. Been monitoring my calories for 5 days now. Been doing great so far. I don't have a problem eating healthy. I can eat lean proteins and fruits and veggies everyday and like it. In fact I prefer it. My problem is portion control. I've always had a big appetite. So thanks MFP for coming up with a neat little app that is helping me keep that in check. I also don't mind excerise. I've never had to worry about my weight before. Because I was always physically active on my previous jobs. But now my new role for about the past 2yrs has primarely made me a desk jocky. Riding that desk all day, most days. My plan is to excercise a minimum of 5 days per week. Look forward to getting to know other like minded people. If anyone is looking for MFP friends to help stay motivated. Please send friend request. I'm sure I will need some of the same motivation from time to time. Have a great day!
