cant meet my nutritional goals

Help Im really confused and the more I read the more Im getting confused. I cant seem to reach my calories wihout going over on sugars or something else. When I eat fruit I send my sugar levels up. Just cant get it right.

I don't fuss too much about my sugars from fruit & vegetables (within reason) - I eat about 2 to 3 servings of fruit a day....
Even things like carrots will add to your sugar - again - not the end of the world in my book...
I do try and eat more berries (lower in sugar - high fibre and antioxidants)
It is the other sugars you should be worried about, and try and reduce as much as you can...0 -
Sorry just going back to my first post. I have had semi skimmed milk with weetabix and a slice of water melon so far today and I am already over my sugar allowance. What do I eat for snacks to keep hunger at bay.0
