So I pretty much eat the same 3 breakfast meals. They change as I get sick of one and I move to the next... I saw this recipe for a Blueberry Pomegranate Smoothie. It sounds and looks amazing. it's calories. My question though, is this enough for breakfast and if not what else would you eat?

It does sound wonderful and I am not sure how many calories but I might add some ground flax or oatbran for extra nutrition too! Enjoy!0

Some smoothies include yoghurt and even whole raw eggs, as well as the aforementioned grains.. Depending on what is included, it could be pretty complete.0

It's 100% Pom. Juice, Fresh Blueberries, and non-fat Greek yogurt0

Add some protein powder and you would be good to go for a while.0
