Have you had this feeling?

Last night- the first night I deviated from my healthy diet- I ended up eating a celebration dinner with my family at an all you can eat chinese food place. The food was great and I ate what I wanted, I figure one day isn't going to kill me.. I just know for next time not to go to a buffet. Anyway.. I didn't even bother counting the calories.. I'm sure I got around 2000 maybe since I had only had 500 or so for the day up until that point.

I'm not giving up.. and I don't feel that guilty about it. BUT

After all that food and feeling a little over-full.. the first time in a month, mind you... today my body seems to be a little off. And not in a sick kind of way.. but as in I'm not sure if I'm really hungry or not.. and I mostly feel like I have eaten too much for the day even though with calorie counting I have only gotten to a MAXIMUM of 1300. I dunno.. any thoughts about what this is?

I've felt like that after a "binge" day before. I'm not so much of a believer in "rolling over" your calories (i.e. eating less the next day to make up for the huge meal) but if you're just not hungry, don't force it in to meet quota, listen to that belly :)

Exercise usually helps me feel better and sort of ....reset...my metabolism.

I had that feeling last weekend! And it was weird, it came after eating a rather large chicken caesar salad. The whole weekend I wasn't hungry, and even though I ate because I knew I had to, it felt like I was forcing myself to eat, almost like I was already full, even though I hadn't eaten anything! I have no idea what it was from, but it lasted for two whole days before my body got back to normal. =S
