CO Ladies - Get Dirty, Get Fit and Save the Tatas!

Hello Colorado ladies! If you haven't heard of the Dirty Girl Mud Run, follow this link http://www.godirtygirl.com
and check it out. A couple of ladies from work and I have signed up. It's Sept 24th and we will be raising money for breast cancer research. A very good friend of mine just shared that her cousin was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer. My friends and I will be running in her honor.

Even if you don't personally know anyone that is affected by breast cancer, chances are there is someone either in your family or a friend's family that will one day fight this disease.

The event will also be a great physical challenge complete with a military-style obstacle course. I am looking forward to challenging myself.

Won't you join me and help save the tatas?

Looks interesting! I've been wanting to do one of those and this one is only a 5K.... I'll see what I can work out.

And I totally had to look up where Calahn is.

Me too . I am sure I will not finish in the top, but that's ok because as long as I finish and money is raised, that is what matters.

I had to look it up too - it's kind of a haul from Winter Park! I'll keep it in mind though - looks really fun!
