I've been working hard now for 6 weeks and am down 28 pounds and 6inches! I was struggling because I didn't feel like I could see a difference. Until today. I went shopping today and I saw a shirt I had tried on a while back that looked horrible. Today... it FIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I feel like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders (and body hehe!). I also manager to avoid all the bad food options that were around and ate a low calorie lunch on my girls day of shopping for 7 1/2 hours. Finally I think it has clicked! Here is to a lot more NSV's to come.

That's wonderful Brttany. Keep up the good work!
  • I have started reading some of the posts and there are some terms I see that I don't know what they stand for.
What does BUMP mean - I see that a lot. And what is NSV?

Bump is when someone bumps the post for viewers :)

    Congrats on your NSV!!!
  • Good for you!!!! I hope you bought the shirt! :) Keep up the amazing work! (and PS: I don't think it's unhealthy at ALL to lose 28lbs in 6 weeks. My first 27lbs came off in 30 days. My blood pressure is all ready down, and I sleep better and feel fantastic. All the positives can not translate to 'unhealthy'. ) So poo-y on those that say it's unhealthy. :)
