need workout help!

So, I'm starting to go back in the gym again and I am at a complete lost on what exercises to do.

Heres the downlow on me

My upper body seems to be a lot bigger than my lower body. I have wide shoulders and big arms and a big head.
my tummy is rounded and sticks out. My thighs are bigger and it gets smaller from there.

What are things that I can do to make my body smaller?

I believe that most of what I have on my upperbody and calves are muscle, because for some reason I thought lifting weights would help me lose weight. So that could have been why I'm bigger on top too.

I need help\advice please!
