I'll keep it short. 70 days ago I would get tired walking up the stairs to get to the Cardio machines at the gym. This morning I walked a 5K, kept up with pack of walkers, while alternating carrying children in a kid back pack or pushing a stroller. Next year I would like to run it. (With out a small child on my back,)

Lol. October might be too soon for a run. Esepecially anything that has the word "marathon" attatched to it. I have a bum right foot, and even if I have the endurance by then, I will probably still be weighing in the 270s (maybe 260s) and that amount of pounding will break me off.
  • wow, weldone!!!! I hope one day to achieve something like this!!!

Great job! I remember when I managed to complete my first 5K, I was so happy! There's no feeling like the feeling you get when you accomplish something for the first time. Keep it up!

If you can walk 5k with a kid on your back you can walk 10k. Yay! Great NSV!
