One week down, minus 3 pounds

It's probably mostly water weight, but I'm pleased to see the scale down by 3 pounds today. Small victories. I did cheat a couple of times this week, but overall I'm still really pleased at my caloric intake, portion control, and the especially the fact that I exercised 5 days this week. Even if it was just Wii Fit exercise. That sure beats 0 days for nearly the past 2 years.

I'm getting a ton of great meal ideas from the Recipes section, so I hope to continue the drop!

    Same here this is also my first week and I have also lost 3 pounds can't wait for the rest of it to come off! :-)

    Congrats to you both! That's a really great week!

    Also, don't consider it cheating. This is a healthier lifestyle and you shouldn't need to be perfect!
