Most of the movies I love that I would watch if I came across them on TV I own...and I would not put myself through the torture of watching commercials when I own them on DVD. Just the other day, one of my favorite movies came on (While You Were Sleeping), and by the first commercial, I was grabbing the actual DVD and watching that.

Matilda and Addams Family Values - two films that I associate strongly with being a kid. I can almost smell the nineties when I'm watching them.

I no longer have cable, but the must-watch movies are:

    Coming to America
    Airplane
    Breakfast Club
    Christmas Story
Back to the Future (only 1, not necessarily 2 or 3)
    Pretty Woman
    Pretty in Pink
The Replacements (I don't know why)

I think that movie is in the same category as Point Break.

Awful movies that people watch time and time again(starring Patrick Swayze)

Scary... I swear I was going to include Point Break... I didn't because I didn't want to have to address the weird coincidence that Swayze is in both films... But PB is a must-watch movie...

    Seriously spooky that you said
