Under daily Calories

Hi All,
Today I slept in, missed breakfast, and have been eating on a different schedule. It is 10 p.m. and I have only consumed 900 calories. I had chickend and a salad for lunch, an omelet for dinner, and yogurt for a snack. I am not hungry and do not want to eat for the sake of eating, but am worried that I am under my goal. My goal is 1350 calories and I aim to consume at least 1200 net.
Thoughts? Advice? Is it ok to be so under once in a while?
Thanks!

Sure, you can be under once in a while. Think about how many religions have fasting days. Just try to get up to your calories tomorrow. I wouldn't make a habit of doing it as a regular part of my routine.0

it's perfectly okay to be under once in a while, just as it is ok to be over once in a while.
this site puts too much pressure on eating to your goal calories. you won;t magically go into starvation mode over night- it takes weeks of barely eating to do that.
my diary will yell at me if i am a measly 100 calories under... i don't like it0 -
You mean you slept in, right?
I don't think you should FORCE yourself to eat if you are not hungry. Just don't make this a regular habit.0
