Hey MFP,
If your working out at home with no equipments...how do you know how many calories you've burned? Is there some sort of device, like a heart rate monitor I could buy? And should I wait to have one before I begin an exercise program? I know they could be expensive...

If you are working @home , all you need is a heart rate monitor, Just look into polar HRM, they are pretty accurate, however you do not have to wait until you buy HRM to eat clean and exercise. Start exercising, use MFP calculator to get an approximate on how much calories you burned or use this calculator http://www.healthyweightforum.org/eng/calorie-calculator.asp.0

No you just plug in the type and how long you exercised and MFP gives you the calories burned under exercise add.0
