How to log all the turbo fire workout?!

Ok I have no idea what to log these work outs as. Like what would I put core 20 under? or stretch 40?

Well I would log it under high impact aerobics or circuit training unless you have an HRM in which I would add it as an exercise. . .0

I would definitely get a heart rate monitor so you can accurately log those workouts. I don't think MFP is going to give you a very accurate number.0
