Its Sunday I am looking forward to a lovely relaxing day. Ironing (the joys!) bit of yoga and Sunday roast. Sunday's are nice easy days. I love them.
So quote for today to help keep us going:
"If things are making you boil, stop and have a cup of tea." (Or coffee)
Stress and anger can lead us to binge eat. This quote really helps me. When I am a bit stressed or something has frustrated me, I have a cup of tea, bit of chill down time and let go of the angery thoughts.

Thank you! So true too, stress is a plan wrecker! How do you keep the cals/fat down on your roast, or do you just keep your portion down? I'm looking at ways of reducing the fat and calories for everyone's food here, without compromising on the taste too much (if unavoidable I just have my own meal) but would be good to get some roast tips!0

Pleased this has been able to help you
I tend to use spray oil and sweet potatoes for my roasts. Also keep chicken down to a 90g portion, potoatoes to 150g(uncooked) and then lots of veg. Small ball of stuffing and just enough gravy. I think its a combination of using spray oil and portion control. Hope that helps x0 -
