Hi, I'm Anne. I am about three stone overweight although I'd be happy to aim at losing a stone to start with.
I have problems with entertaining and visiting friends who say 'you're just cuddly, can't imagine you any different, it suits you being roundish..etc etc etc.'
I don't want to do the 'Pauline Quirk' thing of losing six stone in about six months, (although she does look fantastic) that can't be good for anyone.....So I just need encouragrement and from what I can see this is the way to go!

Thank you Davali and Sandra - it's good to get encouragement. Being on here certainly makes me think twice before putting some food in my mouth lol
