I indulge in dark chocolate around my period, but I do not sit down and eat a whole bar. I like hershey's special dark chcolate, the small bars are only 180 for the whole thing. i usually eat a quarter to a half of it for my TOM0

i tried "skinny cow" chocolate clusters. they're 130 calories a packet. i track all my calories from everything i eat. as long as you account for it for your total calories, you should be fine. i also eat cake, ice cream, etc. My favorite right now is teramisu. I've been on MFP for about 7 weeks and have lost 14 pounds. I also workout a lot. If i feel like I'm going over my calories, I'll add an extra workout.session.0

Yes, everything in moderation is fine. I like to eat dark chocolate because I am not so likely to eat more than planned with that kind. I also get the type that consists of little 25g bars instead of one big 100g bar. I just have one of them and it's about 130 calories.0

I keep those Dove peices stashed away and have only one or two when I want them. As long as my calorie count is ok I do not expect it to make me gain.0
