Hey my name is Rob ive been on this for a bout a week now but didnt go on the website just on my phone lol.
I have been on off dieting for a while and i have reached a point where im fed up hope this will work for me :)

    Welcome Rob. This is a great site and the phone app is so convenient. Keep at it and you will lose the weight.

    Hiya I'm martina. I'm new too. signed up online today. Been using it on my phone for two weeks. Have lost 5lb through using it on my phone. My 3rd week weigh in is tomorrow so hoping its another loss. Will get there. This sight is so useful....i love love love it :)
