Hi everyone. I'm 41 with 2 kids 7 and 9 yrs old. My 7 yo has Autism and keeps me very busy. I've lost weight and gained it back many times in my life but I've never been this big. My ankles are starting to bother me and I know it's from the weight. I started this yesterday and am looking for the support to keep going. Thanks!!
