I've have just got a heart monitor - does anyone knwo the best way to record the calories I burn. Is there a qucik calories add like there is for food?

Go into the exercise and then just add it(its on the bottom to add a new exercise).0

Just enter an exercise of your choice, you can be as detailed or specific as you want, then search for it. It likely will yield no results, and at that point you just add it to the database. When that's done, you can record your time and HRM reading.0
