    ...this is a relief, my first challenge too. need a kick in the pants to exercise more... this will be great bcuz my buddy will need me!

    So- I misunderstood your question about burning calories- I'm the goof that wrote over 10,000 burned on average per week. Wouldn't that be wild! ACTUALLY- the average is 1031.5- but I've only been at it for 1.5 weeks so that might not be a good representation.

    help with image! it's my first time... uploaded image to photobucket, saved, got code and changed IMG to lowercase...

    If you choose not to post your weight you can send me a message with your information...I am working on a check in form that way we dont have to post it on here we just fill it out and I get it. (like the one you used to register with)
