Is Going For A Run First thing in the morning a good idea will i get lose sagging skin from ii if i didnt do any weight liffting.
Im finding it hard to stick to Workout Dvds and finding the time With 3 kids.
When they go to bed i want to enjoy a bit of peace.

There really isn't any exercise that can promise to get rid of sagging skin. It has more to do with the elasticity of your skin and how quickly it can rebound from being streched out. I think genetics has a lot to do with it as well.0

i think Going For a Run first thing in the morning is a Great Idea. no you won't get loose skin from running. but it'd be a good idea to incorporate weight lifting into your routine anyway, because it's more effective at toning your muscles and will most likely improve your balance and coordination as well.0
