oh, man! I sweat like a man at yoga! I swear, the other day I was embarrassed how soaked my mat was! I looked like I had just gotten out of the shower!
But once I realized I was not the only sweaty Betty, I felt awesome.0 -
Nothing quite like getting hot and sweaty in the gym (And also bursting blood vessels in my face and chest and getting nose bleeds from heavy squats and deadlifts)0

Serious? :noway:0 -
I was at the gym this afternoon and there was a (slim) girl on one of the stationary bikes who had sweated so much her white t shirt was completely see through. It was like a wet t-shirt contest.
I was lucky I didn't drop the barbell on my foot when I saw her. My jaw certainly dropped...0 -

Screw the gym- I purposely ran 2.4 miles on Friday wearing a 30 pound pack and carrying a 6 pound training rifle- during a lightning storm that included high winds and pounding rain. I was laughing like a maniac during the entire run just about.
ANd no I didnt get caught in it- I purposely left the house to run in it.0 -
it always looks like someone hosed me down with hose .0
