    Thanks for the encouragement.... with everyone's help on here I was able to work throught my sore muscles and forge ahead on my work out path! It was an amazing 68 degrees in Kansas City yesterday - unheard of for January, which allowed me to get out and walk it was great. But I am native Colorado - sure do miss it sometimes!
