Hi everyone, I'm 36 years old and have been using MFP for 2 weeks this coming Wednesday. I've lost 2.2kg already... unfortunately couldn't figure out how to adjust my "guess" in my profile so now will just have to wait until it equalizes!

I'm keen to meet any PCOS sufferers out there - I think we've got some especially big challenges in terms of weight loss that need extra support! Have been TTC for 12 years (2 m/c's) and am more determined than ever to get the weight off now.

Good luck everyone!

Netchik

    Hi there

I'm also from the UK, and also struggle with PCOS. My main advice would be exercise - it's the only way my weight shifts.

Best of luck and do feel free to add me if you like.

Thanks! I know there are a lot of us out there :) Exercise has never been a problem... Have just gotten to the age now where I need to coordinate diet and exercise as 1 doesn't work without the other hahahah!

    Thanks for your reply!

I'm exactly the same. I can't actually stick to a weightloss plan if there isn't exercise in there, either. I suspect because I just know it won't work nearly as well if I don't charge up my metabolism a bit!
