I am in the push phase of Chalene Extreme. I just started using myfitnesspal. How can I accurately record the exercises? I want to replace the calories expended, but can't find an accurate reflection in the exercise menu.

Thanks!

  • I use a heart rate monitor... that is the only way you are personally going to get an accurate measurement. You can get them pretty cheap these days...

You might have to manually add that one and manually add your calories in each workout. After I finish Turbo Fire, which will be in 18 weeks, I am going to start working on Charlene Extreme. A friend of mine is doing it right now and loves it!

CLX is AWESOME! I would recommend a HRM. THis is the most accurate way to enter the calorie burn. You will have to mannually enter the phases of the program, but they will be there for you when it is time to enter again.

If you are looking for a great support group, there is one on the boards. All newbies are welcome as everyone is in a different phase and very supportive.
