who does kettle bells?

Who does kettle bells? I think I want to start using due to my bat wings on my arms. any advice/experience/words of wisdom?

I'm not an expert but enjoy using a kettle bell from time to time. I bought a dvd so I wouldn't have to figure out on my own what kind of exercises i could do with it.

From my experience, it's really in the thights that you feel it ! But it might depends what you do with it.
