Walking in Downtown Wichita

I recently started working in downtown Wichita, KS. I was wondering where I could feel safe while walking during my lunch hour? I really would like to get some exercise in during my lunch hour without having to pay to go to the Y. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.:smile:

    My brother lives in Rose Hill outside Wichita and I just wanted to say I love Wichita.
    I would go to tripadvisor.com and post on that forum to ask a local expert. Just go to the main website, search Wichita, and then cluick on forums and ask your question.
    I know that my brother walks and bikes along the river walk close to the Keeper. I have walked that route also and I am in my 60s, but ask a local for the best advice.
