So Im really good about logging breakfast since its always the same thing, oatmeal and berries, and I'm actually home, but for the rest of the day, if I'm home I'm busy with baby and cleaning around the house, and just overall getting into a routine with baby... or I'm out and about with dr's appts, christmas shopping, taking the baby to see relatives, etc... And even though I'm home every evening/night Im so tired by then and already discouraged that I didnt log lunch(and usually I slip something not so good in there especially if I'm out and have to get fast food ) so I end up not logging it..
and can I just count daily life with a fussy baby as exercise lol, I'm constantly picking him up or bouncing him or walking around the house with him or loading him in the stroller and walking around the block to entertain him... lol I guess I've just gotta adjust to logging everything I eat and my exercise, Im sure if I keep trying I'll eventually put it in my routine.. I hope..

I log my food for the day the night before. That way, I can get out what I need, set it up, and have an agenda in my head of what I'm going to eat and when. That way, if I know I'm going to be out, I can bring something or plan for wherever I'm going to stop. It helps.0

i had a white board magnet on my fridge. wrote down what i ate through out the day, then logged at night when it was quiet
also had a small spiral notebook in my purse. this always got a giggle out of the girlfriends!0 -
Not sure if this is an option, but if you have a phone with internet access, you can do it while you're out. I have MFP favourited on my phone so all I have to do is click the icon.
Another option is just a notepad with a mini pencil... and I just see that AWTY just said that.
Well, it must be a good idea then!0 -
Here's an Idea...
if you have a camera phone take a picture of what your eating then go back and look at your photos and log it when you have time!
