Support wanted- for binge/starve eater!

Hey there guys, I am just wondering if there was anyone out there willing to lend support/tips to me as I try to end my seriously unhealthy and unhappy relationship with food, and turn it into a happy and healthy one! :-)

I normally either binge for days or weeks on end or starve myself for days/weeks on end (stems from 2 years ago and a not too great ex boyfriend). My weight normally escualtes to 8 stone 9lb, or plummets to 6 stone- nether are are at all healthy for my small 5ft frame! :-) So this is the start of healthy eating, enough food, a lot more fruit and vegetables, and definitely no more binging, purging, or starving!

Any help would be amazing and very much appreciated, as I definitely dont want to slip back into my stupid and unhappy eating habits again!
