Has anyone seen the new Woman's Day weight loss article? I only got to read it briefly before it was my turn at the register...lol. And stupid me put it down and didn't buy it. But anyway it was saying that you should eat for 5 days like normal (or whatever you wanted....not sure which) and then eat a defecit in calories the next 2 days, like around 650. It works like tricking your body with exercise I guess. But that is all that I got around to catching. Anyone know about this?

I haven't seen this article specifically but the concept seems a lot like calorie zig-zagging. I know for me I see the most weight loss when have 2 days a week where I eat a higher amount of net calories (1800-2000) and then I eat my regular amount (1200) the rest of the days. Not only does this help me to feel more satisfied throughout the week but it also seems to give my metabolism a little rev.0
