I'm a vegetarian (well, technically pescatarian, I eat fish.) and I don't know how to get all my nutrients in!! help.

I'm mostly worried about iron, protein and B12. I'm borderline anemic.

Which nutrients are you worrying about?

I think the key with vegetarian eating is fresh food, and a good range of food. If you're varying your vegetables and your proteins each day, you'll get everything you need overtime.

Eating fish, you shouldn't really struggle at all with essential nutrients.

I'm also a vegetarian. I have no problems getting in carbs, fat, protein, calcium, iron, sodium, or potassium. Do you have specific nutrients you are worried about?

I am a veggi for last 15 years and never had to think about "Am I getting enough proteins/nutrients etc etc" even though I keep a well built body 10 months a year.I am not sure which nutrients are you thinking/worrying about. Simply add vegetables/fruits/lentils/beans to your diet plus 6+ hours of sleep each day and you are good to go.

Also I would add that you don't really need to eat even fish/meat to have a good body.Let me know if you want to know more.

Oh and.......... I just joined so kindly welcome me peeps :)
