OK....have been contemplating juicing to try and get more vege/fruits in. Bought an Oster juicer yest and am ready to get going. What are people's favorite recipes??? I love sweet things....really want to get more natural and healthier. Thanks in advance.

    I love juiced apples. There are tons of recipes online.

    Never tried juicing. I do make protein smoothies with whey protein powder, berries, and then throw in some raw spinach. I'm interested in the responses!

    I tried juicing a couple of weeks ago and it didn't work for me. Not because it can't work, but because of my size. I'm only 5'0" so the calorie deficit wasn't much more while I was juicing than when I count my calories.

    If you are looking for recipes check out this site: www.jointhereboot.com. I really liked the apple - cantaloupe - honeydew - swiss chard recipe. It's a good starter juice. Also I made a watermelon juice with clementines, pineapple, and apple. That was pretty darn good. And make sure you use the green/swiss chard. The red stemmed chard is yucky.

    Also, I would try a juice without celery in it your first few juices. Celery juice has a really strong taste - and if you like sweeter tastes it will overpower any fruit you add.

    I am juicing every morning and evening, love it, always something different, my favorite with vegetables is apple-carrot, but mostly we do fruits, plums, kiwi, nectarine, peach, mango, blueberries, blackberries together with apples (we favor red delicious) and pineapple and often orange. I mostly take one of the first mentioned together with 2 or all 3 of the last 3 mentioned. Tastes so much better than any juice you can buy.
