Does anyone know how many calories this would roughly burn each time you do the workout?

    I burn between 182 to 200!! :)
  • Around 200 - 250 calories. Depends on your weight and how hard you work
  • It depends on the length and intensity of your workout, the database on this is worth a look because it has most things on it.

I logged it as 25 minutes circuit training in th absence of a Heart Rate Monitor

I normally log it as 20 minutes of circuit training- general! Someone else suggested that this was the easiest way of figuring out how much you've burned although it's obviously not the most accurate!

    Have fun with Jillian!!

I just did this and logged under circuit training general. I burnt 379 and my husband 268.
  • thanks for all the replies!
I didn't know circuit training was an option so thanks to all that suggested that!

I logged it as 20 min circuit training, general and it said 211, pretty close to all the numbers that were posted, yay!

    Thanks again guys!

A HRM is the best way to know (I just bought mine today!). The amount of calories you burn depends on a lot of factors and the HRM would give you a more accurate personal number.

Before I had the monitor, I used the database and Google to try and figure out a ballpark for how much I burned. It is better to under estimate the amount burned than overestimate. My guesses were pretty close at 334ish and actual today was 312. However, that shows even underestimating that I was over, so I would make sure you underestimate a little! :)

    Hope this helps!
