Disclaimer: I am NOT planning on ditching my current B/P Rx w/out consulting my Dr....
I did that before, and I paid dearly for THAT stupid move.......

I'd like to TALK to the doctor about alternatives IF, after I do everything I CAN to get my weight to a healthy point ( BMI, Body Fat % and blood work confirms)

I STILL end up having to be on B/P meds, IF there are OTHER VIABLE ALTERNATIVES I can try.

Anyone has had any success w/ lowering B/P w/ the supplement, Taurine?

I haven't tried that, but I have had luck with getting my bp down naturally by adding spinach, dark chocolate, and salt-free sunflower seeds in my diet. :)
I would get the salad mix that has spiniach and have a small piece of dark chocolate a day. It's closer to normal now. It was 159/90, last check was 130/87

I've been using Bragg's apple cider vinegar and Co Q 10 (Ubiquinol). If you Google "apple cider vinegar blood pressure" tons of hits will appear. I don't know if either of these helped but my blood pressure usually runs no higher than 125/76. Hope this helps.
