Anyone Near Frankfort, KY

We just moved to the Frankfort area and I am trying to get back on track with working out/eating healthy. Thought maybe someone out there would want to be friends. Might help in motivating, maybe work out together, do a 5K or other type race/even together....I don't know. Just looking for more motivation.
