Gonna keep pushing, should just about scrape in with the steps but i know i can totally bust the tricep dips0 -
Did 30 tricep dips today (barely made it, I dont know if I can handle anymore of these this week :frown: ) & I found some stairs by my house with 48 steps! Was able to do the stairs 15 times and had to stop cause my legs are sore from yesterday! So, thats 720 steps for me today.
