    My personal weapon is having mfp app on my cell phone. It keeps me in check when I'm out and about on the town.

    just doing a mid week check in to see how evryone is doing & update you on my results :)

    1008/2500 steps
    20/60 tricep dips

    Gonna keep pushing, should just about scrape in with the steps but i know i can totally bust the tricep dips

    Did 30 tricep dips today (barely made it, I dont know if I can handle anymore of these this week :frown: ) & I found some stairs by my house with 48 steps! Was able to do the stairs 15 times and had to stop cause my legs are sore from yesterday! So, thats 720 steps for me today.

    Total for the Week:

    60/60 Tricep Dips
    2595/2500 Steps/Stairs

    My tip: blogging about the small changes that you notice and blogging about challenges you encounter. I had to write A LOT of posts when I gave up soda in July. Helped keep me on track.
