What I did to stop myself from having a second helping!!

Ok - so I made my husbands fav meal this evening. It's a meatloaf stuffed with lo fat cheddar cheese and topped with salsa then baked in the oven. Gooey cheese and oh so good. I wasn't able to make a separate meal for me tonite so I was sure to keep my portion control serving in check and skipped the potatoes and doubled up on the broccoli. I finished my portion - so delish and my husband was going back for seconds. I wanted to sooooo bad. My husband turned around from the stove with another plate full to see our dog licking my almost clean plate so I couldn't have seconds~ My husband now thinks I'm truly a whacko!!!!!!
