Holy flying monkies my muscles are so sore. The bad part is tomorrow I have a double whammy. pilates and weight training. Someone wish me luck.

    Going up and down my stairs today has been no fun, not gonna lie!


    OH yeah, and a nice hot bath should help

    Pilates I have really enjoyed because we do alot of stretching and I also love to weight train because when I don't think I can squeeze out anymore reps I have a few more which makes me feel empowered. Not to mention the boxing is awesome!
