Okay.... so usually Saturday night is my "special meal" night.
However, since I am depressed about NOT really losing weight....and STILL holding on to 1lb of Thanksgiving.... :grumble:
I decided to make a little grilled sandwich. IT WAS SOOOO GOOD! Still a bit of a splurge though.

You need:
Deli roll (whatever you like)
1/2 a chicken breast/3 chicken tenders
Weber Mango Lime Seafood Seasoning
2 slices of bacon
Shredded cheddar cheese
Romaine lettuce
"Fruity" BBQ sauce (I got one with pineapple in it)
Miracle whip

First you cook your bacon, drain.
Then you cook your chicken, sprinkling with Mango Lime seasoning.
While that is cooking, split your roll.
On one half put a teaspoon of BBQ sauce and on the other half miracle whip.
Top miracle whip side with bacon, small sprinkle of cheese, lettuce.
Place grilled chicken on top. Close with lid.
Enjoy!

No clue on nutrition value.... but could always be worse...
I ate mine with HG Onion Rings (still not loving Fiber One as a breading though).
Was like a Tropical lunch... yummy!

If you gain nothing else from this...
Learn to play with your food and create something! You could be totally blown away!

That's an amazing combo, Bunny! I think I might try a variation as I have bacon issues. *gag* Sounds tasty, though!

Yeah, I know the bacon would freak some out... it was good though.
I figure you can tweak it all over... I would of used a slice of pineapple if I had one on hand.

I will come up with some more concoctions too...
I only really cook Sat. nights....

    One other yummy one...

    Hot Turkey Sausage
    Green peppers
    Red Peppers
    Mushrooms
    Onion
    Mushrooms
    Rice pilaf, cooked

Broil the sausage until they are done. Slice. Set aside
Saute green & red peppers, onion, mushrooms, and garlic in a skillet.
When crisp-tender, toss in sausage to rewarm.
    Serve over rice pilaf.

    Yummy!
