    I feel like i have energy of a 19 year old but there are days when I have to push myself and I am glad my family is always supportive.

    omg you look amazing !!!!!! I am starting the same way i cried when i saw myself in the mirror one morning and started my weight lose journey only a few weeks ago. I sometimes don't feel like going to the gym but then i look in the mirror and keep telling myself I want to change so i need to put in the work. You have given me the inspiration that I can do this :D
