Morning smoothie

Blue Smoothie - Blue and Black Berry Smoothie. With Lecithin, Non Fat Milk, Non Fat Yogurt

1/2 cup each of all the ingredients with a tea spoon of the lecithin. Sometimes I add 1/2 a frozen banana.

I bag all the frozen berries in a ziplock and put it in the fridge the night before so they defrost. If I'm alone, I use a small single blender, if not, I double it up and use the processor or large blender.

Delicious.

    yummm!!!! i love my smoothies too!!! its better than eating a bunch of pieces of fruit! lol

    I alternate with a raspberry/mixed fruit. I buy the BIG bags at public or Walmart and like to freeze the bananas and cut them up in the am. Total time preparing in the am is 2 min ( if you bag the proper proportions the night before).

    I've been experimenting with veggie versions for lunch and snacks but haven't found one that doesn't make me want to turn it into a wacky bloody Mary.
