Wed AM is the weigh in for our first BIGGEST LOSER MFP.
Watch Biggest loser tonight and weigh in in the morning.
I will have the post marked BIGGEST LOOSER MFP WEIGH IN so watch for it.
I already know what I lost this week but I wait till the AM to post it.
This is just a friendly MFP competition, we only give support and encouragement. Sorry no cash prizes :ohwell:

    Thanks for the reminder! I will be doing my "Last Chance Workout" while I watch the show tonight to get ready for the big weigh in!!!!:wink:

    It is Friday and I haven't seen the "BIGGEST LOOSER MFP WEIGH IN"...I am just missing it? This is so motivating to me! Thanks.
