how do i track 30ds calories?

I just finished day one of jillian michaels 30ds ( and feel like I'm ready to die..lol) but I'm not sure how to track my calories burned. I don't have a heart rate monitor..any ball park figures?

    Roughly 8-10 calories per minute. Try circuit training in the database.

    Totally different for everyone, depending on height, weight and fitness levels. Log it as curcuit training general.

    I am 5ft 5 and 139lb and get 190 for level 1, 220, L2 and 250 L3 using HRM

    that's quite close to me..54 and 145...soooo only 190 calories?? Holy hannah..I feel worse than that...lol
