    Hello All,

I have been doing well but its my birthday today but I am stil trying to make wise choices and not eat my trigger foods. But am going to try to make wiser choices tomorrow. As I am going to applebees for lunch and than a pizza place for dinner. But am going to try to exercise a little more as I am not that far over on my calories as I preplanned it out ahead of time. So I don t have to look at the menu and change my mind.

Does any one else have trouble with their birthdays or holidays? If so what do you do for it?

    odat

I would have left it at that and considered it one of the better threads. Everyone knows calories don't count on days of personal recognition. The only numbers that count are the number of people celebrating it with you and how much they're giving you. Just like winter solstice celebration periods.

You're in the clear man. Happy Birthday. Hope it's a great one. Every once in a while you can loosen up. It's good for the soul. Just get right back on track the next day and the path to excellent continues.

Happy Birthday! Give your self a gift of eating what you want for dinner. Tomorrow, back to it.
