Birthdays and Holidays

Hello All,

I have been doing well but its my birthday today but I am stil trying to make wise choices and not eat my trigger foods. But am going to try to make wiser choices tomorrow. As I am going to applebees for lunch and than a pizza place for dinner. But am going to try to exercise a little more as I am not that far over on my calories as I preplanned it out ahead of time. So I don t have to look at the menu and change my mind.

Does any one else have trouble with their birthdays or holidays? If so what do you do for it?

    One day is, in the end, just one day. Put it behind you and stay off the slippery slope! Get right back on program and the day off will just be a minor blip.

    We are living in the real world there are birthdays, weddings, baby showers, funerals lots and lots we need to celebrate life sometimes
